Improving neuromuscular

Improving neuromuscular efficiency means that when you perform an exercise, you can recruit more muscle fibers. This equates to more hypertrophy, because only the fibers that have worked are adapted, it is feasible to increase the percentage of muscle fibers recruited by 10% over a reasonable period of time, can you imagine the enormous benefit that would be? Therefore, the application of 3 sets of 5 repetitions (3 x 5) in shoulder press, will make your dumbbell presses more efficient. Although the total hypertrophy achieved with heavy training and low repetitions (1 ~ 5) is not as large as that achieved with a longer training under tension, the increase in muscle mass achieved with it has a hard and dense appearance.
