New loser looking for a friend in here

I'm finding Fitday helpful so far. This is my first post here in the forums. I have a lot of weight to lose. Right now I'm at 304 and my first goal is to get under 300. I was shocked at the doctors office to find I'd gained 9 pounds in two months. I'm trying to turn this ship around and fit into my jeans again. I've bought myself a treadmill and some sweats and I have a little dog too that I walk a couple of times a day. So I'm walking for fitness and cleaning the house doing all kinds of exercises with weights. I put them on in the morning and take them off when I feel worn out. I know I've worked hard if I work up a sweat. My main habit I need to change is to stop drinking my calories. I never knew how much my mocha lattes were sabotaging my weight loss efforts but Fitday really has opened my eyes to that. I'm also trying not to eat after 7pm and that's helping too I believe. If I just really want to eat I force myself to go to bed instead. So far so good. :)
