want to do more you will undoubtedly lead to overtraining ! Each session will last one hour MAXIMUM, taking into account the warm up and stretching, which gives about 40/45 minutes for bodybuilding ! T Viril X le 4 . Here is my training plan in Full Body (we will see the exercises below). ;-) If you can afford to follow this type of planning, Viril X would be really ideal.
