Saturated fat...

So I already eat hardly any processed foods. But as an example of what I eat, you can look at my 'Intro' post in the Newcomers forum. Here's a fairly typical day's breakdown:

37.2% of my calories come from saturated fat... any idea how to cut this down? I try to eat as little beef as possible, but I usually end up eating 2-5 ounces a day.
